As a General Manager in Kittitian Monkey Bar and Seafood Restaurant you are responsible for all aspects of the running of our high volume business. You will be supported by a Head Chef and Departmental Managers for Bar, Waiting and in some cases a Host.
Visionary leadership is a cornerstone of our success. General Managers are responsible for the training and development of their people, the quality of food and service and the financial performance of the restaurant - The role is challenging, hands-on and rewarding.
We are demanding in our recruitment and believe that looking after our guests is the number one priority. Managers must be able to drive sales through being passionate about quality, attention to detail and developing people.
As a Departmental Manager, you are responsible for all aspects of your specific department (Bar / Waiting / Hosts). Recruitment of new staff, initial and ongoing training, and the quality of product and service provided, as well as the stock results of your area are key to your success. You will actively manage shifts on a daily basis and we see this role as an important stepping stone to becoming a General Manager.
